Mel embodies living in the now and following your dreams - building her health and wellbeing empire whilst living life fully and authentically. After an Exercise Science degree, she spent 10 years as a detective in State Crime Command, followed by yoga and pilates teacher training, studied homeopathy before travelling around Australia with her husband and kids, then building a pilates studio - weuu, what a ride! Mel's energy and passion for life flows through her website, and despite no brand photography at the time, we built it so she could easily update with her final shots.
